Mr. Kerby is a Director in the West Africa and Haiti Region of Chemonics International. He has more than 32 years of experience in watershed management, integrated water resources management, agriculture and rural development, and environmental protection and management.
Mr. Kerby served as Deputy Chief of Party of the USAID-financed Haiti Watershed Initiative for National Natural Environmental Resources (WINNER). In that capacity, Mr. Kerby managed watershed management program activities, including sustainable hillside agriculture, governance, and partnerships to promote sustainable practices, disaster risk management, agro-forestry, soil conservation, and preparation of watershed management plans.
Mr. Kerby also served as Chief of Party of the Morocco Integrated Agriculture and Agribusiness program; the Morocco Watershed Protection and Management program; and the Morocco Water resources Sustainability program.
Prior to his work on USAID programs, Mr. Kerby was Vice President of ICF International. He holds M.A and B.A degrees in Economics from American University in Washington, DC.
